ECS Telecom Services seeks suppliers and subcontractors who understand as a team we must all fulfill our obligations to deliver exceptional client experiences while exceeding their expectations.
Qualifications
Suppliers & Vendors must meet certain qualification requirements. Requirements vary by product and service provided; however the common requirements are listed below:
Established Business
Potential suppliers should be in business for at least one year and provide references if requested that can substantiate project experience.
Federal Tax ID
Potential suppliers must have a valid Employer Identification Number (EIN), also known as a Federal Tax Identification Number.
Quality Standards
Suppliers are expected to provide high quality materials and services that are fully warranted and must perform all services professionally and to the satisfaction of ECS Telecom Services.
Safety
ECS Telecom Services has a strong commitment to providing a safe and healthy work environment. Suppliers and subcontractors selected to work on ECS Telecom Services projects are expected to comply fully with all applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and ECS Telecom Services safety requirements.
Insurance
On a per project basis; suppliers must carry insurance coverage compatible with customer requirements:
– General Liability
– Damage to Rented Premises
– Auto
– Workers Comp
– Umbrella Coverage
Financial Stability
To validate stability, ECS Telecom Services may require suppliers and subcontractors to submit financial information.
